MATTHEW SATNICK
CO-CEO AND CHAIRMAN, ENSTRUCTURE
MANAGING PARTNER, MAVINGTON CAPITAL

Matthew is Co-CEO and Chairman of Enstructure and Managing Partner of Mavington Capital. Mavington serves as Mr. Satnick's family office.


Mavington provided the initial funding for Enstructure in 2017 and remains its largest investor. Prior to establishing Mavington, Matt spent over five years at Michael Dell's family office, MSD Capital, where he focused on investing in energy, infrastructure, transportation and industrial cyclical opportunities. Before joining MSD Capital, Matt spent over eight years in private equity, primarily with Odyssey Investment Partners, where he focused on majority control buy and build investments in North American-based industrial manufacturing, industrial services, and business services companies. Mr. Satnick holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Alexander Klabin is Founder & CEO of Ancient, a privately held company based in New York, and Executive Chairman of Sotheby’s Financial Services.


Alexander Klabin is Founder & CEO of Ancient, a privately held company based in New York, and Executive Chairman of Sotheby’s Financial Services. Prior to forming Ancient in 2020, Mr. Klabin was Managing Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Senator Investment Group LP, a private investment firm that pursues credit and equity investments in both public and private securities. Senator managed up to approximately $10 billion in assets on behalf of individual and institutional clients globally. Prior to co-founding Senator in 2008, Mr. Klabin worked at York Capital Management and Quadrangle Group. He began his career as an investment banker in the M&A department at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Klabin is a director of Enstructure, Faherty Brand and The Nantucket Project. Additionally, he serves as a Trustee of the New York Philharmonic, The Allen-Stevenson School and is a member of the Leadership Council of The Robin Hood Foundation. Separately, Mr. Klabin and his wife Kristen are active in a range of philanthropic and community activities. Mr. Klabin received a B.A. in English Literature from Princeton University.





BRIAN FRANK
FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER, DECLARATION PARTNERS

Brian Frank is the Founder and Managing Partner of Declaration Partners LP.


Declaration is an investment firm anchored by a commitment from David Rubenstein, the Co-Founder and Co-Executive Chairman of The Carlyle Group. With permanent capital and a broad and flexible mandate, Declaration makes private equity and real estate investments, including building platform companies, growth equity, GP stakes and control transactions in family-owned businesses. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Enstructure, Osprey Energy Acquisition and Viagogo. Previously, he was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at MSD Capital, the private investment firm founded by Michael Dell. Prior to joining MSD, he was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Cumberland Associates. Earlier in his career, Brian served as a Director of Harman International, a Principal at W.R. Hambrecht + Co, and an Analyst in the merger & acquisitions group at Lazard Freres.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard University. He is a Director of Third Way and a former director of Year Up New York.
